We only have a couple of hours before the meet, but I wanted to put in a few rules, since this is a more unconventional meet. I also wanted to add, that we will be doing some cool mini games as well for this meet, just to keep everyone on their toes.

We only have a couple of hours before the meet, but I wanted to put in a few rules, since this is a more unconventional meet. I also wanted to add, that we will be doing some cool mini games as well for this meet, just to keep everyone on their toes.
Rules and Guidelines:
- No weapons allowed unless either a gang attack happens or the host says otherwise. To be more clear, if the host says "Weapons free," then it is safe for weapons to be out. The only exception is the sniper rifles with advanced scopes, this is so one can zoom in on distant events happening, but no firing of the weapon.
- Meet locations will be announced as the meet goes on during the weekend. There will be several locations depending on what the host wants to do. This is where cars are restricted to only those released this year in updates. The same goes with cruises. No exceptions
- Pegasus vehicles do not count for meets, unless you want to take aerial view shots of the meets/cruises. No Armed Insurgents, Turret Limos, or Technicals Allowed.
- Despite some of the gamemodes that will be played, including some free roam events, player killing is a no-no (unless said player is the beast).
- When one host decides it is time to leave, they shall nominate another player to be a host to continue the meet. This is so the whole event is for the entire weekend (ending on Sunday at 2:30 PM EST [UTC -5]).
Additional Games:
- Kill the Panto:
- This is a really fun game for everyone to participate in, and it really should've been in the game. The objective of the game is that a Panto has to get to the other side of the map while getting hammered by some major opponents. In order to get across the map, the Panto needs to find way to out run the other cars chasing after it.
- 2 Players are in the Panto
- The rest are in either Off-Road vehicles, Trucks, SUVs, or Monster Trucks. These are to try and stop the Panto from moving or give it a Serious Boost like a Soccer Ball.
- Absolutely no weapons allowed for this gamemode.
- Stop that Tank!:
- A tank has started to roam the roads of Blaine County! Try to stop it before it moves into Los Santos!
- You must use some heavy vehicles. No Turrets though.
- The Tank is allowed to run you over, so makes sure you are not in a car that can get squashed.
- To stop the Tank, it either has to explode from the cops, or be stopped for at least 10 seconds by the other players vehicles.
- No weapons, you must stop it with out using explosives, or running into it.
- The 10 second rule does not apply if the tank gets stopped by an obstacle, it must be by the players.
- The tank also cannot just go down the highway toward the city, it must roam.
- Rampage!:
- When hearing the words "Weapons Free" you have exactly 2 minutes to get your equipment for this game. Whether it is Ammunition, vehicles, or a place to hide, the choice is yours. (No hiding in apartments)
- After preparations, everyone has 5 minutes to wreak havoc on the whole map of San Andreas.
- Once a player has cops, they must maintain a wanted level for the full duration. No calling Lester to remove wanted level
- If a player then dies, they are out.
- Again, no intentional player kills. Accidents do happen, but try to keep it at a minimum.
- Climbing Chiliad:
- This one is simple and is something the soilworker brought to my attention during the Off the Beaten Path meet a few weeks ago. Players must get in an offroad vehicle of choice and try to climb the hardest trails in the game. All the way to the Summit of Chiliad.
- Try to keep a constant speed, otherwise you will fall down and, most likely, clog up the way to the summit.
- No player kills, again...
- Snowball Fights and Assorted Freemode and VIP challenges:
