Getting things fired up. Remember to get on the Teamspeak channel! I'll be hosting in a closed crew session, so you can just join mine or Milfrahs game.

Even after taking nearly an hour to download ~600MB from the new update, I couldn't hold a connection to GTA:O or TS for any longer than a few minutes at a time. I was really looking forward to this meet. Sorry I missed it guys. I hope you all had fun and I'm excited to see the screenshots that come as a result

Big thanks for meeting! Cool racetracks, but one thing was dissapointing - it's ramming on races. Anyway, all good! See ya next time!

Thanks to everyone who came! Sorry I checked out a little early without saying anything. I had to run to my optometrist's office down the street really quick and by the time I got back, my daughter was saying she wasn't feeling well so I had to tend to her. It was a fun meet! Can't wait for the next one. I have some pics I'll post soon.

No problem, Ashy. Thanks for coming out, I had a great time! Sorry about a couple of miscalculations in the route for the last race I should have seen that coming, but I sort of felt like it gave just that extra nudge of chaos that it needed anyway. lol. I'll have more pics and video coming.

Big thanks for meeting! Cool racetracks, but one thing dissapointed - it's ramming on races. Anyway, all good! See ya next time! I've noticed some people seem to go over the line when "protecting their line." There's protecting your line, and then there's ramming/nudging people off the track/into obstacles. Happened a few times but it seems to be the minority that do it. Thanks for the meet ed and Milfrah. Had a fun time and was great to see everyone again

I ran into it a couple of times, but between lag, the positional data not always being 100% correct between clients, and the vehicles general affinity for spinning out, I feel like we are sort of fooling ourselves if we believe that GTA races can ever be truly "clean". I spent time at the front middle and back of the pack for most races. I'm just not all that aggressive about winning the events. I rubbed with people on a few occasions but it was never anything that felt truly intentional from my perspective. On one occasion the person that I crashed with actually waited for me to get back on the right heading before taking off themselves, which is a trait that I'm sure we're picking up from NoDo.
That said if you feel like anyone was behaving in a disruptive way and causing intentional trouble feel free to give me their name. If the issue is large enough, we can look at writing in some regulations for racing. This crew is apart from NoDo in regards to the racing. I generally never intended for the races to be a true contest of skill. It's just an excuse to drive the vehicle classes that we are meeting up to showcase. However, if the feeling from the crew is that we want the races to be a bit more serious, we can certainly adapt to that.
