[PC][01-29-2017] The Jalopy Jamboree!

So I've been trying to work out the details for a new meet and I keep on rolling back ideas. Then the other day I was out for a drive and I thought "It'd be kind of fun to gather a bunch of rust buckets and have a cruise/dirt drag racing". So I think that's what I'm going to put together.
Permitted Vehicles!
You're encouraged to stance/customize what you bring!
Location 1: Boat Yard just outside of Grapeseed
This location should offer us plenty of space for the initial meetup as well as some cool areas to park up and show off your ride. With water access we might even pull off some boat racing if I find folks are interested.
Location 2: Grapeseed Airfield.
As you can tell I have enhanced this image with super top secret Bullshifter technology to highlight the start/finish locations for the drag racing as well as the best way to enter/exit the drags so everyone stays out of the way.
Highlighted in the bottom left corner is where folks who have decided to sit out a couple of races can park their vehicles and enjoy a little auxiliary car show just outside of where the dirt drags are taking place.
Location 3: Yellow Jack Inn
Finally we'll take a cruise down past Sandy Shores and run the dirt road to the Yellow Jack Inn. This will be the final meetup spot. Here we'll hang out and mingle with the locals.
They'll be thrilled to see us.
From here I'll move on to the racing playlist detailed below.
The Plan™
The Meetup will occur prior to the racing. The racing will involve the classes that will be used for the Jalopy Jamboree Meetup, however you are not required to use any of the vehicles you used in the meetup portion. The playlist has some custom jobs created by myself as well as some others that I've dug up on Social Club over the last few weeks. Seven races in total. I'll set laps that keeps each race at roughly 6-7 minutes in length.
The last race we will play titled "Cannonballs" is something I've come up with based on my Cannonball Run idea from our first meetup. In principal its basically the same plan here. One starting point and one ending point with no set route. So don't die or reset... because you will be taken all the way back to the starting line. This will be for off-road vehicles. The finish line is inside the Devon Weston hangar at LSIA. The trick is the racers will have to get out of their vehicles and climb some boxes up to a high ledge to finish the race. General chaos will be encouraged here since it will be a GTA Race with wanted levels turned on.

Doubleback Hell (by me) - 3 Laps - Sports
Cannonballs (by me) - Point to Point - Off-Road
