A little mixture of tunes from my youtube history:
Drive by Truckers, My sweet Annette
One from my childhood, Faith No More, Falling to Pieces:
And this one, I don't know, it's funny, cheesy and it makes me cringe but it's also so cool, Waylon & Hank Jr, the Conversation:

I know we probably have at least a few Motörhead fans here, and I'm sorry to say, but I just learned that Lemmy Kilmister has passed yesterday afternoon. So, to give tribute to one of my favorite musical groups, here are a few of my favorite tracks done by this great band that helped influence the world's Rock genre.
Overkill:
La Bomba (Bomber):
Fight:
Brotherhood of Man:
Killed By Death:
And my personal favorite, Ace of Spades:
R.I.E.V. (Rest In Extreme Volume)

With NFS fresh in the air, and me just listening to a bunch of Static-X, I thought I'd do a throwback to the era of NFS Underground era (2003-2006) and post a buch of Static-X, a few songs of which were in both NFS Underground and the 2005 NFS Most Wanted.
Push It - Static-X (1999, 2004)
Black & White (2001)
The Only (2003 & featured in NFS Underground)
Skinnyman (2005 & featured in NFS Most Wanted)
Enjoy!

Yeah their first three albums were awesome. After that... kind of hit and miss.
Too bad about Wayne though.

I agree with ya Ed, they kinda fell off around when Cannibal was released. Quite sad about Wayne, but he did return to some of the older style in his solo work in Pighammer. Of all the Static's discography, I'd say Shadow Zone is my favorite album from them, probably because I first heard of them from NFS Underground's soundtrack. I'd add that the NFS Underground Era had some of the best music in the whole NFS franchise. Mostly because it spanned a wide range of music in the genres of rock, electronic, rap and hip-hop. ProStreet had some good tunes too, but nothing compared to Underground, Underground 2, and Most Wanted. Having the likes of Static-X, Avenged Sevenfold, Unwritten Law, Disturbed, and Celldweller in the soundtrack, with Paul Linford composing the ambient score, I'd be conquering the streets in my Skyline (Underground 1 & 2 and Carbon), Corvette (Most Wanted), and Charger R/T (Carbon and Pro Street) all day just jamming out to the in-game tunes. -- Anyways here is more music: Assassins of Youth - Wayne Static (2011) Video may be NSFW. Watch at your own risk, but enjoy the music -- Bonus Videos: While they are kind of in the same genre, they are more Cyperpunk/Insdustrial. From Switzerland, I introduce Sybreed: Doomsday Party - Sybreed (2009) ^ This also has a kick ass Techno Remix by The Luna Sequence Bioactive (2004) Revive My Wounds (2006?) More stuff like this may be coming, I'm in the season of discovering new music in Metal, Electronic, Soundtrack and Classical.

i've been listening to Epica at work for the past few months, i love how they can go from operatic vocals to headbanging in a split second plus their lead singer Simone Simons is drop dead gorgeous which helps also always liked technical sounding prog too, heres some Intervals and Periphery; and ill throw in some 'In this moment' too, not too keen on their new stuff but i like to blast this in the car every now and then
