I don't understand, I did not blow anybody up. I saw that no one were using weapons or anything so I just kept it cool and continued the race as normal and my name didn't even appear once in the kill feed. What I am telling here is the absoloute truth. Not once have I thrown bombs or even saw my name appearing in the kill feed. Surely it's a glitch or a misunderstanding. Due to not knowing that I blew anyone up, I ended up really confused when I got kicked out with hundreds of people telling me that I'm ruining the race.
Real shame that I couldn't stay throughout the entire meet because I knew that if I came back, the members of NoDo will slaughter me without letting me reason with them, lol. But it's not like as if some of them weren't slaughtering me at the beginning of the meet anyway. :/

That maybe, I didn't personally see it happen, so it's hard for me to call it either way. I had to go off of what I was being told by other members. The meet is still going on, I left a little early because I'm gonna pass out if I don't eat something. When event is all said and done hopefully someone who did see what caused the falling out will be able to come by and comment.

I didn't see you blowing anyone up but I did hear explosions and I saw your name in the killfeed twice attributed to blowing up two different people. I wouldn't be surprised if that was an error on Rockstar's behalf but I think you should really try to figure out why you can't run TS because it would make it significantly easier to resolve issues like this.

I saw Reflexes name once, personally. But I was just in a titan that blew up and jamie got the blame for it when he was nothing to do with it. It could have just been an incident where reflex was "near" someone and they blew up.

This is what I saw on the race, although you had caused problems earlier that I didn't see or can be bothered to comb through the videos to find

To be absolutely honest it is the lack of Teamspeak that has driven me mad recently. I know you like to just listen and follow instructions but when we need to change our mode of communication to tell you something simple it can get old real quick. And Ed's right we can't stop whatever we are doing to type to you every time we need you to listen.
As for during the races I saw your name in the kill feed that last time shown in the video and a spontaneous explosion of two cars both claiming to be from you does seem pretty suspicious. Having a direct line of communication between the accusers and the accused is the best way of finding out what exactly happened and we didn't have that. So we acted on what we could see and that's what we saw. Are you absolutely sure you didn't throw any explosives during the race? No mines or anything?
I still don't know why it is only your computer that can't run TS3.But I do know that we need to be using a universal communication method and the majority of us have decided Teamspeak is it. I'm sorry if you feel you were treated unfairly but we had no way of knowing for sure what happened because we had no direct communication with you.
Please, you have to understand that not being able to talk to you is very frustrating.

If that's the evidence then I apologise for the ruined races guys but, believe me I threw nothing and I, the supposed explosion-er himself, didn't even see my name in the killfeed at all. But at the end of the day, I'm really sorry for the explosions but I have to admit I really had nothing to do with it.. As for Teamspeak, I'll try to get something done with it and buy a brand new conputer. Btw, johnny362000 , could you name me the 'problems' I caused earlier? Other than accidentally bumping into people's car due to framerate drops, I wanna know what else I 'did'.

That was just the straw that broke the camel's back

Damn, no idea why people wanted me to be kicked when I did nothing at all.. Wtf. It's like as if no one wants me there lmao. I was obeying rules and the only negative downside is that I can't communicate with them. Other than that, I don't see why people want me to be kicked.
But I gotta admit that I was expecting this to happen because a guy named Mid_101 or something from NoDo was already being hostile to me at the car show in the carpark. Almost started a war with him in the chat but I decided to cool it down and not add fuel to the fire. Really dissapointed though, because I thought that NoDo Members were a friendly bunch..

May I just throw in a bit of info here? I think the killfeed is a bit inaccurate, and may be a bit broken, since the recent update. I can actually side with RefleXEvoX on this. Because this was happening sporadically to me during the Motorcycle meet after the NoDo/Bull meet. Nearly everytime I was remotely close to someone who fell off their bike and died, maybe except for one incident, I was blamed, despite not even touching them. Exar died next to me, I got blamed, another dude fell into a creek and died, I got blamed for the death, despite the fact, I had not run into anyone to cause said accident. This happened 5 more, but separate, times. I have a terrible K/D ratio of 0.74. Came out with a 0.77. That shouldn't have happened. Also, for TS, I get where reflex is coming from. Without TS, my system is relatively stable Frames of 30-35 fps. But I noticed with TS, I kept dropping frames, things lagged, and I started to have graphical bugs and the sort. Once TS was shut down, everything was back to normal. Reflex may truly be unable to run TS while playing GTA, because he said it himself, it crashes his system. I like TS for convenience and I can see why everyone wants it a must have for meets, but please understand that some of us are running hardware that isn't that great. Hell, I couldn't afford the components to build a new PC last year so I bought a store made gaming ASUS Desktop, to replace my aging Toshiba Laptop. It runs everything super well, except for GTA which is a resource hog. I have to nearly shutdown all of my operations to keep the thing cool so the GPU can run overtime (clocked 100% usage). I don't think, currently, it is a good idea to make TS compulsory. I do have a confession too, during the time you all stopped the race, I had nearly ran a full extra lap before realizing everyone had stopped. So technically my 3rd place finish was moot, do to the fact I did not pay attention to TS, which I had running as well. I'm not trying to side with anyone, but I do want some to see both sides. Sure, the killfeed did say he was responsible, but, at the same time, can we really prove he did it? Lassy had a great example as to how the killfeed can utterly fail at detection for CoD of character.

Like I said earlier, I have no trouble believing Rockstar fucked something up over believing that he was attacking people intentionally. If I remember correctly it happened pretty late in the race, when I was on lap 5 or 6 I think, so the question is, if he was doing it intentionally why would he wait so long to start?
The communication is a big issue though and it's something we need to address. I think we need to have a discussion on it with the whole group and find something that works for everyone.

I agree with communication being an issue, but some of us really have no choice in the matter. Personally, I'd be fine, for now, if I didn't have TS running. My system would be more stable, and there would be less complaining about me running into people. Seriously, my bad, but sometimes my frames drop to zero for a second and then I get jumped forward. This apparently happened several times during the races, and may have caused issues for some. We need to find a medium between TS and R* communication, because Reflex can't run it without crashing him, and I have stability issues that get worse with each time I use the program.

The killfeed is all fine and well. Perhaps it did glitch, but that leaves the question of how two explosions occurred in different areas of the track after Reflex just happened to pass those areas. I have to admit, that's pretty odd. I suppose we can try to lay it on the lag. The game could have gotten positional data sent back server side that placed one vehicle inside of another for a split second which could have caused something like this... I suppose, but I really feel like I'm reaching to get that conclusion.
My stance is this. With as buggy as the game is, even with the video, I still feel like we can't say for certain what happened. That being the case there isn't much to be done for it. If Reflex did do something underhanded, he was kicked from the meet so punishment was dealt and (for me) I say that's enough. If he really didn't do anything then he was just wrong place wrong time and sorry to say but there is always going to be doubt there. Either way we have to move on from it.
Going forward, TS isn't going away, but I don't think it's fair to make it a compulsory item for meetups either. We got on just fine before, communication was more on the annoying side, but we got through it. I think we need to make it a decision for the event host. The host should define in their topic what they expect communication wise. If you can't make the prerequisite of having TS installed and working for the meets where the host deems it as required, then you can't join. In meets where TS is not setup as compulsory someone should be designated to be "the one" who relays messages between TS and game chat so that people are not left behind.

Yes, I agree with Ed that GTA is buggy. I paused the video while the large map was up and Caloco said Reflex was behind him so that means they were on the opposite side of the track. No way a proximity mine could last that long on the track before blowing up. I am willing to concede that in hindsight the decision might have been wrong BUT without the proper means of communication, at the time it was the right decision. So I'm sorry Reflex.
I still stand by everything I said before about the communication and I think Ed's suggestion about TS at meets is going to be the way to go. As many of you know my meets in particular require constant communication since there's not really anyway of telling you what is going to happen prior to the meet as far as specific details go. In the NoDo races as well it is obvious TS is required since there's no way to type while driving let alone racing.
With any luck we wont run into this issue again.
