Lowrider DLC part 2?? (Speculation)

I know this topic has been bombarding the shoutbox recently so it deserves it's own thread.

The Facts:
After the IGG DLC's people found the list of 12 new cars linked with the word "Low"
6 of these cars were released in the lowriders DLC about a month later
Both parts of the IGG DLC's contained 6 new vehicles each

The Speculation:
The remaining 6 cars on the list will be released in a lowriders part 2 in about a month


If anyone hasn't yet seen, this is the list that was found along with which cars have and will be released if this prediction is correct:

I would not be surprised if they add more beta vehicles to the list. They've been doing that lately with updates, like the "I'm not a Hipster," "Last Team Standing," "Festive Surprise," and I'd dare say all the way back to the "Business" and "High Life" Updates. This theory was confirmed by the fact that a clean Voodoo, the Faction, and the Moonbeam were on the cut vehicles list. We may also see a Slamvan that is the covered version instead of the Pick-Up Truck version. Though, I can't wait till the Halloween update, been wanting that Lurcher real bad.

Still I think it'll be cool, but I'm already in need of another garage. Filled up the 4th one last week. Then realized I have a garage dedicated to Muscles. Hoping to another addition seeing as it has nearly been a year before the added a 4th property, here's to hoping they add a fifth for Christmas.

Anyways, with the Halloween Update up and running, R* said that the Halloween Update will be running until November 16th. My speculation is this, base on other timed DLC (Valentine's Day, Independence Day) I think they may release part 2 of Lowriders either on the 16th, or sometime shortly thereafter. Why I say this is that when the Valentine's Day DLC was running, it ran all the way up until the Business Update in Early March of 2014. The same happened with the Independence Day DLC in the same year when the Flight School DLC was released. So I think it would be safe to say that this will be the same deal. Now all we have to do is wait.
