So, this is a thread about all the possible minigames that can be created in the game, freemode or job format. Please use the following format for the game's outline:
With that in mind, we did test out quite a few cool minigame types
<Title>:
- <Description>
- <Objective>
- Rules:
- <Rule 1>
- <Rule 2>
- <Rule 3>
With that in mind, we did test out quite a few cool minigame types
Kill the Panto:
- A couple of hipsters are just cruising around Los Santos in their new Panto, when a group of of massive vehicles with drivers suffering from severe cases of roadrage. Now they need to escape to Paleto Bay before these psychos destroy their precious Panto.
- The players in the Panto must make it to Paleto bay before the car gets destroyed by the angry mob.
- Rules:
- 2 Players are in a Panto
- The rest of the participants must use Off-Road vehicles, heavy trucks, SUVs, anything that has Bullbars, to stop and destroy the Panto before it escapes to sanctuary.
- No weapons what so ever, this includes turreted vehicles. Only use your vehicle to stop the Panto
- The Panto gets a 10-20 second head start.
Stop that Tank!:
- A tank has been spotted wreaking havok in Paleto Bay and heading toward Los Santos. You, along with many other concerned militiamen, must try and stop the tank from advancing toward the city.
- Players must stop a tank from continuing its rampage into the heavily populated city of Los Santos. Just watch out the cops the tank has angered as well.
- Rules:
- The tank either needs to explode due to cop damage, or stopped via the players using their vehicular might to stop it for 10 seconds
- No explosives may be used
- The 10 second rule does not apply if it gets stuck on an object
- If the tank drowns, there are no winners
- The tank must roam different roads, it cannot just go straight for the city. Only exception is when there is no way it can go off-road.
- The tank will be given a timed headstart. the amount of time for the headstart affects the degree of difficulty in the game.
- The tank must also gain police attention before others start trying to stop it.
- Heavy vehicles must be used, but no turreted vehicles
- The tank is allowed to run over you, so make sure you are not in a car that can get squashed
- No vehicle griefing! You can't intentionally run cars under the tank to force it to explode, this would significantly diminish bank accounts and thus be considered griefing.
- No weapons allowed, you can only use your vehicles.
- The tank either needs to explode due to cop damage, or stopped via the players using their vehicular might to stop it for 10 seconds
Rampage!:
- A storm is coming, and it is bloody and filled with explosions. Can you weather the incoming mayhem?
- Players must first gather their instruments of destruction and create as much chaos as they can, as well as survive the whole onslaught.
- Rules:
- Players have 2 minutes to gather their instruments of destruction for the game. If police are active during the preparation time, you are allowed to get rid of your wanted level
- After the preparation time, players will have 5 minutes to create as much death and destruction as possible
- Once a player dies, they are out for the rest of the game
- One cannot evade the cops during the rampage time. If cops have been successfully evaded, then that player is out.
- Due to the overpowered nature of the Armoured Kuruma, a player cannot use it, unless they wish to survive the onslaught in the Military Base.
- Try to not to stay in one place too long. It kinda defeats the purpose of a rampage.
- No intentional player kills! Accidents do happen, but try to keep player kills to a minimum
Climbing Chiliad:
- Time for a good old fashion hike, but there are so many choices for cars to run up the steep slopes of Chiliad.
- Players are to race to the top in the chosen vehicle class(es). You must reach the top in your chosen vehicle.
- Rules:
- There are several routes to the top, choose your route based on the vehicle you have chosen.
- Try to keep a constant speed, otherwise you risk wiping others out when you run out of steam.
- Please no players kills.
