Anybody else wanna see this added to Online?

So, somebody made a skin editor and posted it on GTAF about an hour ago -> Flocking Project 

This looks pretty great and many have requested it to be put in for an update suggestion for R* to be implemented in GTA:O. I think Online really needs something like this in the game, and may give an alternative to gain GTA$ by creating a marketplace.

So what do you guys think? Yay or Nay?

Yeah, I'd take it. I didn't take the time yet to really read through what is there, but it would be great if users could create their own designs and then put them on a marketplace to charge GTA$ for them. That'd be a great alternative source of income. Plus I could put flames on everything. lol.
