Hey. So I know how hard it is to get people ( some people) to use 3rd party communication in meets. Part of that is laziness/unwillingness, part of it is Ts being an ancient piece of software that hates to work. Just thought I'd introduce people who may not know about Discord, to it. Its a fairly new voice and text chat, but different a few ways. Some features:- Totally free. Free to use, free to host servers. Very simple server setup.
- Can be run in browser, desktop, or mobile.
- In-game overlay that's not overwolf
- Groups, permissions, everything TS has but much simpler.
Has various other things in common with other voice chat programs. If you're interested you can see for yourself I guess discordapp.com/Not saying we should switch to it since we only just recently got everyone (almost) to use TS  But the options there. I use it for a few other games and its cool so i thought i'd share  |

Bumping this thread for a consideration.
Discord is not only useful like it can be used as TeamSpeak, but also that it can act as an Instant Messaging app for group chat. So you can find people to just randomly cruise with when you are online at random hours.
I have personally used discord for various other groups now and it works extremely well for gaming communities.

I think this may have to be considered, especially since a few people had trouble staying connected today. I'll see what can be done, and maybe we can have a set up by the end of the week.
