Alright.. I'll say the same thing that I say to everyone hosting their first meets. Try something simple to start off, just a normal car meet to see how you go handling that before you attempt something too crazy. This was maybe a little to crazy and rushed. I recommend getting some things planned, written down and posted so everyone can see them and get prepared. Also take some time to lay out some ground rules, What is expected, what you shouldn't be doing and so on. these things will help you, the host, to keep a handle on things and bring things back if they start getting too crazy.
