Business in the Front, Party in the Back

This meet will consist of two primary halves.
The first half will be strictly formal, very business like.
The second half will be more relaxed, allowing for any attire. More extravagant the better.
There will be several group activities planned during the meet.
First Half:
Formal:
Cocktail attire. Tuxedo/Suit + tie for men. Dress/suit for women.
No flashy colors. Monochromatic grayscale.
Hairstyle: Non-extravagant.
Meetup location will consist of everyone driving one of their favorite sedan/coupe/limo. Anything that is classy and has a nice modest color to it. From this spot we will drive in a orderly line to the first gathering spot for a organized cruise.
Organized Cruises between locations:
Several meeting locations throughout the first half of the meet. There will be several organizations created during the meet. Two vehicles per organization. VIP/CEO will have a driver, and two bodyguards in the escort vehicle.
Upon arrival at each location, the VIP/CEO will leave vehicle in an orderly fashion. The vehicles will be parked close by.
The last location will be one "big" organization for travelling. The primary CEO in a vehicle, accompanied by two bodyguards and a driver in same vehicle. Other organizations will be escort vehicles.
Notice: All traffic laws will be obeyed. Red lights will be run through only by trailing vehicles.
Non flashy/monochrome black and white colors.
There may or may not be a surprise at some point during the last cruise.
The first half will end with a trip to the hair salon.
Second Half:
Extravagant:
Attire: Flashy, colorful outfits. No grayscale suits.
Hair: Anything goes. Mullet preferred.

RGB coloration.
Party at Nightclub
