This was the first time I've seen a meet this bad.. most get a little crazy but that's after people get tired of the drags, last night something else was up with people. Guess we'll have to see how mine goes next weekend. I'll be on mic to try and stay more in control, and will have more planned activities so there's no, "So what now?" type comments which fuel the chaos. I should also say well done to LassyKongo for handling it as well as she did. We understand the amount of effort that's involved in hosting a meet with 20+ people, It was just a shame we had a few people that couldn't help ruining it for everyone. Yeah it seemed like happy hour at the zoo ah well, all in good fun.

Didn't do anything in terms of causing chaos but I still had fun. Whatever it is, rules are rules at the end of the day.

What really grinds my gears is when people didnt appreciate the meetups that the host made. Saying "This race sucks", showing up with different type of car..Honestly i'm glad he's no longer in the crew. He seems butthurt ever since no one interested in the meetup he planned. I also hate modders spawning unnecessary vehicle, i did that too but i spawn it when i feel its the right time to do it, for example that one time when we try to jump from hydra to another hydra, not when we want to drag, or even when the meetup just started as i see some people did it. Banning weapon is a great idea, think you should also banned modders spawning unnecessary vehicle. Eventhough its hard to know who spawn the vehicle if they did it.

Sorry I left suddenly, my internet just stopped working and we only just got it back now :/ As far as the trouble makers go, Lassy was really trying her best to keep everyone under control but the problem was no-one was listening.. I think we might need a listen to the host at all times rule. Yeah it's a shame that it might have to come to that. Giving all attention to and complying with the host of any event should just be common sense amongst everyone. If you're being disruptive and not listening to the host you shouldn't be there at all and quite frankly I believe shouldn't be a part of this crew in general. I like that people put the base amount of effort into showing up to these things but the immaturity and ignorance that seems to come as a result is unnecessary. Most folks are just fine but it's the few odd apples that cause tension within the group. I know we had that one (now ex) member today but people shouldn't be joining the session (unless they're late or w/e) without a clue as to what's happening, what type car to bring, and where everyone is. If we could get a solid group of people that share Ed's vision and mentality for the crew and weed out the troublemakers I think we'd have ourselves a grand old time, and with a member count just shy of 500 I don't know why we're not maxing out the player count for sessions with dedicated, compliant, and friendly members for meets scheduled weeks in advance. People take the time to set up, prepare, and host these events and should be shown respect while being able to enjoy themselves rather than stressing over the behavioural issues that seem to come up more often than they should. I know I have no authority around here so please let me know if I am overstepping any boundaries or if I'm just over reacting but that's just my rant for the day. I'd like to see some set rules and enforcement of the overall culture and ideology that guides this crew or just some input from figures of authority on where the crew is headed in terms of such things. -Toreno Mr. Toreno..../salute../HUG. Thank you! Yes. I agree with everything you said. I think it's going to take some time is all. There's going to be troublemakers to weed out here and there, and some "behavioral modification" from time to time. Hopefully the adjustment in rules will help for our future meets. I'm all for a little fun and a certain degree of hyperactive goofiness, but some people are acting like "happy hour at the zoo", like Lassy said. It's a bit much if you ask me. I get that explosions and getting run over will occasionally happen on accident, but there was a lot of intentional crap going on. I really enjoyed Lassy's meet yesterday, despite the chaos. Lassy, you did a great job setting it up. I enjoyed our impromptu "after meet" party later on as well, lol! Good times! Sometime in the next month or 2, I'd like to plan a meet. I just have to think of a theme!

Thanks for the support, guys. And thanks for chiming in and clearing things up, Ed. I'm glad to see those new rules in place and I hope they do help us move toward more orderly meets in the future, but only time will tell. I wish you all the best with the member cut. And thanks for the promotion :3And Milfrah, I hope you're right and things work themselves out over time. I must agree that our post-meet shenanigan session was especially fun Too bad you missed our trip up the mountain ;x An idea or theme will come to you for a meet, take your time. Heck, you could even just recycle an older theme that we haven't seen in a while if you're really just itching to host something. This thread might be of assistance or inspiration to you. And Lassy I'd just like to thank you again for taking the time to prepare and host this wonderful meet. Despite the lack of cooperation from some members and general madness, I still had lots of fun and I trust others did as well.
