This means 80 storable cars (40 per character)! I'm feeling spoiled already. But I love it! Yeah this is really a great release, but I guess I need to do something stupid to get the amount of money for new cars and all the cool new stuff ...

Were not sure about the Moonbeam. All we know is that it was on the Newswire for a very short period of time and then removed. All we can do is pray  |

The trailer was just wow... So many awesome customizations on the vehicles  Also, are we getting any more cars than the Moonbeam & Faction? Atleast I didn't notice any other ones in the trailer |

Renge: the method to make paintjobs like that is already currently working on PC, I just hope they don't break it with the DLC.

Bannable? No offense, but are you joking? I have tons of crew colors with pearlescents and I've never been banned. I don't think anyone ever has, Rockstar has even featured cars with those kinds of paintjobs on the Newswire.
Worst case scenario is that we eventually lose the ability to do it; no one is going to get banned.

Yeah, nobody is getting banned over crew colors. So far as I know the only thing that'll bring the hammer down on you is going online with scripthook activated and making a request through mod console. Beyond that it's a crap shoot. But I have yet to hear of a case where custom crew colors got anyone banned.

this is not just a crew color its something else they did to get to this multi colored look even i got cars with special crew colors but nothing like the one in the video i linked

It's a crew color on a different paint material with a pearlescent, all of which is possible on PC without modding.
