The update's been really unstable for me; lots of FPS drops, an old bug where the game freezes when saving outfits has returned, music from custom sound systems tends to overwrite itself in groups (if I'm playing The Lowdown and someone pulls up playing West Coast Classics, my car starts playing WCC), and doors close themselves when not in the vehicle.

Disclaimer: The following information is subjective to the person who tested the cars. These are not completely factual and times may vary based on driving skill and the amount of collisions. Finally done with testing these cars on my test trackSo here is my findings, btw, I could not test the stock Moonbeam or Voodoo, they are not available in races only the Moonbean custom and Voodoo Custom are. Ratings are in a 1-5 rating system. Car | Time
| Speed Rating | Handling Rating | Coolness Factor (Personal) | Overall Rating | Albany Buccaneer | 14:36.538 | 4.1 | 3.7 | 3.5 | 3.77 | Albany Buccaneer Custom | 14:58.985 | 3.9 | 4.1 | 4.2 | 4.07 | Vapid Chino | 17:13.264 | 2.3 | 4.5 | 3.6 | 3.47 | Vapid Chino Custom | 16:52.434 | 3.0 | 4.5 | 4.1 | 3.87 | Willard Faction | 14:55.969 | 4.0 | 4.0 | 3.5 | 3.83 | Willard Faction Custom | 15:44.829 | 3.7 | 2.9 | 3.7 | 3.47 | Declasse Moonbeam Custom | 16:25.342 | 3.5 | 3.1 | 2.7 | 3.10 | Albany Primo | 15:42.259 | 3.7 | 3.5
| 3.5 | 3.57 | Albany Primo Custom | 15:33.163 | 3.8 | 3.5 | 3.5 | 3.60 | Declasse Voodoo Custom | 16:33.331 | 3.2 | 4.2 | 4.5 | 3.97 |
Buccaneer Custom: A really good car, though there is a bit of speed dropoff from the regular Buccaneer, but its handling makes up for it. I very smooth ride with decent acceleration. And it looks pretty cool with the back-end dropped down, which gives it the cruiser car feel. May have to take my Buccaneer in for some mods. Chino Custom: I kinda like the Chino, planning to have it for my second character, but I like the Chino Custom even more. The low to the ground feel gives you the feeling that it is a great cruiser, and it is, that is the feel that the Chino is supposed to have in my opinion. Just a low and slow car. Faction: It ain't pretty, but damn, it is one of the fastest in the Muscle class. It has a decent top speed, acceleration, braking, and handling. Handled each part of the Test course like a champ. Only downside, the physics are a little glitchy, as the time posted would have been better had it not been the strange glitch where it stops dead when one hits a curb. May reserve the stock version for my secondary character. Faction Custom: A decent speed and low to the ground though can be unruly when off-road. Had a terrible time just trying to make it through the canyon part of the course, kept sliding into the water... though, didn't seem to suffer from the same glitch as the regular Faction. Moonbeam: It's a van, not much to it except this one has Hydros and customization, one of the faster vans, but certainly not a Muscle. Did do a frontflip into a Baller SUV when I hit a curb. Primo Custom: A decent sedan with decent speed and handling. Really not much to say, it just performed slightly better than the stock Primo. Voodoo Custom: This is another low and slow car, and do I love it! This is probably my favorite car in the whole pack. It is slow, but a brilliant cruiser, both on and off road. It does have a decent speed, but takes awhile to get there (kinda like the Tornado). And it looks pretty mean when it's painted Black. Sorry for the monster post, but this is the first one I've made reviewing the cars in an update. I do test out each car, but haven't used a rating system (which I may not do again). I usually do a custom version in single player, but seeing as this update is pretty much online only, doing a customization review on all of them would just be a hinderance. And until I am able to upgrade my hardware, I probably will not be able to mod the game and customize the cars in Story Mode. That said, I hope I didn't drone on too much, and I also hope that some of the issues in game do get fixed, otherwise, it will be a pain to hold high volume meets.

I know some of you have cars that middrive. And i know your angry at rockstar for fixing middrive. Wich is kinda bullshit. The whole middrive is was never intended to be a thing, and if you say it makes races more competetive you can go away. Most people caint do it, and most people dont know about it. So i dont see why its bad that rockstar fixed it. Infact il actualy have a change if winning races from you lot. Drags may be broken for some but i never used middrive in them neiter have most. So stop complaining and enjoy the content.

Middrive is not used to make the fastest cars faster, in fact it does very little to help the fastest cars in class. No, the point is that it helps slower cars stand up to those fastest cars and make exciting drags and races where normally it would be a walk over. More than that many of my favorite cars do utilize the middrive and have been great fun to drive both in races and just cruising around the city. Since yesterday I have lost that enjoyment because not only has this change ruined the middrive it has caused cars to essentially put the brakes on when they rev-out.. which happens to be what these middrive affected cars tend to do a lot. Hopefully now you can see that it's not us salty for losing the ability to win races but they've taken some of our favorite cars and not only removed the middrive but made them worse and almost undrivable.

okey so it seems we can make our rims gold now atleast the stock rims however i tryed it on 4 of the lowriders so far and the faction / Moonbeam / buccaneer and primo and it only seems to look like gold on the buccaneers stock rims the others look more like mix between a desert tan and bronze they are too shiny for some reason so the colors dont take to well to their stock rims i dunno about the voodoo and chino the primos stock rims can only be painted on the outer edge and the part behinde the middle so you dont see the color alot on that set either here is a video of what color should make them look like gold and a few other tricks that came with the lowrider DLC.
