I'm chomping at the bit for this. I actually just went and signed up for Origin. I'm Eddy-Von-Venture Apparently someone else is already named every single variation of Ed.Venture that I could come up with. Wow that's strange! Could be, I have no idea Either way, my name over there is CarryOnOrigin since some wonderful human being decided to take Carrythxd before I could take it =/ Also, KissMyAssets , the price for the Hotrod (coupe, station wagon and the pickup) was around $21,150 which is really nothing in the game, you can make that amount of money in just a few minutes after you've progressed through the story. However the F1/Hotrod combination was $202,500, which isn't that much in the game either considering that it's the most expensive car in the game at this moment but, that car definitely won't be something that you'll be getting in the first few hours of gameplay And in case anybody is interested in the customization of the cars: The F1/Hotrod combination has pretty much no customization, the only thing you change on it is the paint/livery and the wheels, it cannot be fine tuned with the tuning feature and you can't install any performance parts on it. The Hotrod on the other hand has 7 different body styles (3 coupe - 2 station wagon - 2 pickup) along with the usual customization of hood, lights, wheels, bumpers, exhaust and so on. |

Origin has this thing called Origin Access, which is a monthly subscription thingy that costs 3,99€/month that allows you to play games (such as NFS) earlier than the actual release date, however you can only play them for 10 hours (atleast that's the case with NFS), so it's not unlimited, but it'll give you a little bit of a taste of how NFS is going to be once it releases on 15th of March, or 17th of March if you're not in the US. You can find more info about it here. Thought I'd mention that in case anybody would be interested in getting it to see how NFS is before the release  |
